Data Deletion Instructions

Sofy, operated by THD Infinity, respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your information from our systems.

For Salon Owners 

If you are a salon owner using Sofy, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time: 

  1. Log in to your dashboard at admin.trysofy.com 

  2. Go to Settings → Account 

  3. Click “Delete Account” and confirm 

This permanently removes your account, connected Instagram details, business information, and stored conversations. 

Prefer email? Send a request to support@trysofy.com  with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” including the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm once complete. 

For Instagram Users (Salon Customers) 

If you sent an Instagram Direct Message to a salon that uses Sofy and you would like your messages deleted from our systems, please email us at support@trysofy.com  with: 

  • Your Instagram username 

  • The name or Instagram handle of the salon you messaged 

  • The subject line “Data Deletion Request” 

We will locate and delete the relevant conversation data within 30 days and confirm completion. You may also stop receiving automated replies at any time by blocking the salon’s Instagram account.

What We Delete 
  • Account and profile information 

  • Connected Instagram account identifiers and access tokens 

  • Business information you provided (services, hours, FAQs, etc.) 

  • Stored customer messages and conversation history 

Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
